Install Addon and Make Use of It: [L4D1 on L4D2: Custom Campaigns and Maps

L4D2 Add-on Support installs a Support Package to allow running any custom map,
including the ones released for original L4D. What makes this big news is that custom maps, campaigns, and other gameplay enhancing add-ons can now be easily installed via add-on packs.
UPDATE: Newly repacked in vpk form to work in all supported gamemodes, get the L4D1onL4D2 Campaigns below.

REQUIRED:

You must have Add-on Support installed and up-to-date.

Individually packed with 7-zip into .7z for high compression/smaller archive size.
Just use 7-zip to extract vpk files to: steamapps\common\left4dead2\left4dead2\addons Folder
L4D1onL4D2_Addon_Support.vpk is required for all other vpk files to work properly.

ATTENTION:

File Maintenance May Be Needed.

If you previously had pack v2.1 installed, please remove all the vpk's from the addons folder and then proceed to install the newer ones. Continue reading if you have older versions installed.

If you previously had pack v1.2 installed, you can delete all L4D1onL4D2Modified files with this uninstaller:
Uninstall_L4D1onL4D2Mod.exe = http://www.megaupload.com/?d=ZF4ZZ2NF
THis will remove the winodws server files package and clients who used the other single campaign installers - not tested on linux.
Use 7-zip and extract Uninstall_L4D1onL4D2Mod.exe to your root left 4 dead 2 folder: steamapps\common\left4dead2
Run the uninstaller to remove all L4D1onL4D2 files from your game folder.
Then go to your addons folder and make sure to remove the vpk files listed below.


If you previously had pack v1.1 installed, you will need to manually delete some files from the following locations:
In [L4d2 root]\left4dead2\addons delete the following vpk files:
